Welcome to Parade Watch, a comfortable central stay for 2 people, just a 15 minute walk from world-famous sites like The Roman Baths, The Royal Crescent and a whole host of shops and restaurants. Note that due to the central location, there is no parking at the property.
The Space
Parade Watch is an affordable option for those wanting to enjoy all that Bath has to offer without compromising on location. This lower-ground apartment is self-contained, really central whilst still being quiet and practical. There’s everything you need for a break away, including a full kitchen, washer and dryer, living room with smart TV and dining table, double bed with linen and towels, plus a shower room.

Feature fireplace, comfy sofa and chairs, coffee table, Smart TV and dining table. With views out onto Walcot Parade and the countryside beyond.
BEDROOM
There’s a comfy double bed, complete with crisp white linen and plenty of storage for your belongings.

Outside the kitchen is a small courtyard with a boiler room that houses the tumble dryer.

Neighbourhood
Walcot Parade is about a 2 minute walk from Walcot Street – often described as the trendy artisan quarter of Bath! There are boutique shops and restaurants within a few minutes walk of the apartment and the city centre’s main attractions are just a 15 minute walk away.
Interaction
The apartment is owned by Rona and hosted by Chris who takes care of the day to day management. Chris is based locally and always on hand to help.
Other Things to Note
The apartment is on the lower ground floor, so there are stairs down to the front door. No parking at the property.
Getting Around
The property is a 15-20 minute walk from the train and bus station, or a 10-15 minute taxi journey. Please note there is no parking at the property, we recommend Charlotte Street Car Park.

The location
In a convenient central location, Parade Watch is a walker’s delight with many attractions a casual walk away. The Circus is only 700 metres from the property, just 1.2 km from Bath Abbey and The Roman Baths. Walcot Parade is just 1.6 km from Bath Spa Train Station, and is situated less than 1 km from Royal Crescent.
Walcot street itself is in the heart of Baths ‘Artisan Quarter’ with many quirky shops and cafes nearby. Once in town, you can catch a bus to surrounding towns and villages. Bath Spa train station also has excellent links to Westbury, Frome and Bristol.
