The house is less than a 10 minute walk from very central Bath where you’ll find the main attractions like The Roman Baths, Pump Room restaurant, Bath’s rugby ground and Southgate/Milsom Street shopping area. Sights like The Circus and Royal Crescent are also a short walk from the house making it an ideal base for any trip to Bath!

About the property

A contemporary three-story home in the city centre with a spacious kitchen and living area, three double/twin bedrooms and luxurious finishes without. Parking and outside space make this Bath townhouse ultra convenient for your stay.

LIVING SPACE

The living room is on the second floor and has a large smart TV and a wood-burner for those cosy nights in watching your favourite shows. The second floor has a loop-around layout and follows onto the games room around the corner…

GAMES ROOM

The second floor is also home to the games room which includes a large foosball table, a range of board games and a Peloton bike for you to make the most of during your stay!

KITCHEN/DINING ROOM

The open-plan kitchen/dining room is the heart of the house and is equipped with everything you could need for your stay. The large floor to ceiling windows allow a flood of natural light to flow in and light up the space. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, induction hob, fridge/freezer and all the kitchen essentials you could possibly need.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS

Bedroom 1 is located on the ground floor and features a comfortable double bed, adorned in crisp white linen. There is plenty of storage for your belongings and also features a Jack & Jill bathroom which is also linked to the kitchen, featuring a walk-in shower, WC and basin. In here, there is also the cupboard where the washing machine and dryer lives.

Bedroom 2 is located on the top floor of the house and is the master bedroom. Featuring a luxurious king-sized bed, adorned in crisp white linen, and an en-suite shower room, it’s the perfect place to slip into a deep slumber. There is also a large smart TV on the wall for those easy mornings.

Bedroom 3 is also on the top floor and features 2 single beds and a large smart TV for you to watch your favourite shows from the comfort of your bed! Bedroom 3 also has an en-suite bathroom, featuring a spacious bathtub, WC and basin. Fluffy white towels and toiletries are provided for your stay.

There are 3 bathrooms across the house. Bathroom 1 is a Jack & Jill style bathroom accessed via the kitchen and the ground floor double bedroom. It features a walk-in shower, WC and basin. Bathroom 2 is the en-suite to the master bedroom and features a luxurious walk-in shower, WC and basin. Bathroom 3 is the en-suite in the twin room and boasts a spacious bathtub, WC and basin.

OUTSIDE

There is a small balcony with some outdoor patio furniture on the first floor for you to enjoy your morning coffee in the Bath breeze.

There is also a little table and 2 chairs outside the front of the house.

MANAGED LOCALLY

The house is hosted by Chris who takes care of the day to day management. Chris is based locally and always on hand to help.

PARKING

We have one allocated parking space for you to use during your stay with an EV charging point. It is space number 7 in the underground parking garage.

The location

Located in the new Walcot Yard development, the house is only a 10-minute walk into very central Bath where you’ll have an array of shops, restaurants and bars at your fingertips! Walcot street itself is the heart of Baths ‘Artisan Quarter’ with many quirky shops and cafes, such as Walcot House, nearby. Once in town, you can catch a bus to surrounding towns/ villages and Bath Spa train station also has excellent links to Westbury, Frome and Bristol!
