CENTRAL LOCATION
Enjoy a family-sized Bath city break in this spacious Georgian townhouse, stylishly finished and set over four floors. You have the whole house to yourself with a private entrance, outdoor courtyard, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and large living space (complete with vinyl records and board games).
Just a 10-minute walk from the city centre where you’ll find world-famous attractions like the Roman Baths, plus shops and restaurants, this house is ideal for a family getaway or break with friends.
- This property is really well located, very walkable to pretty much everywhere in central Bath (though it is an uphill walk back to the house!). It was really clean, pleasantly decorated and very cosy. We enjoyed staying here and would definitely say the experience was positive overall but there were a few small niggles.
The house is old and spread across 4 floors, so lots of uneven steps and low ceilings (though some might see this as adding character!). The bedroom with the bunk beds in is really tiny, with nowhere to store luggage or clothes, more of a part of the living room with folding doors.
The kitchen had an oven and baking trays but no oven glove? The single thin tea towel was not really up to the job.
The top bathroom regularly smelled strongly of drains, though this is probably due to the age of the house, and Bath's sewage system.
Also we were asked to strip beds on leaving- 'due to covid restrictions'. A little annoying and unexpected in Nov 2022.Lynda - Ideal central location and within minutes of walking you find yourself embracing the centre of Bath.
The property itself was clean with all the necessities needed for a short stay. Full check in and house information was provided with complementary biscuits.
Host was fantastic and replies were very prompt. Would 100% stay again.Haydn - Very nice house greatly decorated and well located within Bath.
On the minus side, the 3rd room is not really a proper room but rather a cabin room. Not problematic for a week end stay but if might be if you stay longer.
The kitchen would benefit from some more basic equipments.MagaliWyatt house was the most perfect stay for a birthday weekend with my family! Christopher could not have been more accommodating and was incredibly helpful when booking the stay. The communication was excellent in ensuring we had everything we needed. Location is perfect and only a short walk into town and just round the corner from the beautiful circus! Beds were incredibly comfortable and the whole house had the most beautiful decor and layout! If you want a perfect stay in Bath, this is the place!Lydia

MANAGED LOCALLY
The house is owned by Dom and hosted by Chris who takes care of the day to day management. Chris is based locally and always on hand to help.
PARKING
Due to the central location, unfortunately the property doesn’t come with an allocated space or permit. If you’re looking for a car park, we would recommend Charlotte Street long-stay (postcode: BA1 2NE).
The location
Wyatt House is just off Lansdown Hill in the heart of the city. Walk just 12 minutes to reach the Roman Baths, Thermae Spa, and the Pump Room Restaurant. The Royal Crescent and Victoria Park are even closer, as are the Theatre Royal and a cinema.
The house is about a 20-minute walk from Bath Spa train station and the main bus station. We would recommend that you take a short taxi ride to the house, or the number 6, 6A or 7 bus from the bus station, if you don’t fancy the walk or you have heavy bags.
