Welcome to Cliff Cottage! Tucked away in the beautiful Somerset countryside, this beautiful pet friendly home is situated within the 450-acre Cookswood gated estate.

- Absolutely amazing and luxurious apartment, all the mod cons you need but in a really tastefully decorated and historical building and street, with the main town centre and Roman Baths etc only half a mile away and sites like the Royal Crescent just round the corner. Some great bars and restaurants on your doorstep too. Perfect for a city break in Bath. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and being a historical building there is obviously no lift, so if stairs are an issue obviously consider that.

Downstairs:
As you step inside, you’re greeted by a warm and inviting hallway, beautifully decorated with thoughtful artwork and prints showcasing local Somerset scenery – All three bedrooms and the main bathroom are located on this level for added convenience.
Bedroom One – The master suite boasts a comfortable king-size bed along with a private en suite shower room and WC.
Bedroom Two – A second king bedroom featuring built-in wardrobes with ample storage.
Bedroom Three – A twin room with two single beds and integrated wardrobe space, ideal for children or friends travelling together.
A sleek, contemporary family bathroom completes this level, offering a bath with overhead shower and easy-to-use modern controls. All bathrooms are installed with demisting Bluetooth enabled mirrors.
Upstairs:
At the top of the stairs, you’ll enter the bright and airy open-plan living area. To the left, a welcoming lounge with plush seating and a TV creates a relaxed space to unwind after a day of exploring.
The modern, fully fitted kitchen offers premium appliances and a central island—perfect for cooking with company. Adjacent to the kitchen, a spacious dining table provides an inviting spot for shared meals and gatherings.
This floor also benefits from a utility room equipped with a washer and dryer, as well as a conveniently located WC.
The location
While the house is completed, the wider site is still under phased construction. You may notice building activity elsewhere on the estate, but this should not affect your stay. The estate is a former quarry, and the terrain can be muddy, so we recommend bringing wellies or suitable walking shoes if you plan to explore the surroundings.
The house also has parking up to 4 cars. 2 cars can be parked at the house and 2 to be parked at reception.
Please note this property is not a party/ hen do/ stag house as it is situated in a quiet, rural environment.

★ Please do not smoke in the house (inc. vaping & e-cigarettes).
★ Please do not wear shoes inside.
★ Please avoid making an unreasonable amount of noise, particularly after 11pm.
★ No candles/naked flames inside or outside.
